Merchandise accepted for return other than defective or wrong merchandise is subject to a 40% restocking fee. Buyers pay freight of any returned merchandise. All merchandise leaves our warehouse in perfect condition. Your order is inspected for accuracy and packed carefully. Our responsibility for the condition of your order ends when the carrier picks it up. We are a professional, licensed wholesale and dropship mailing service company, and conduct business in that manner. MOST PRODUCTS SHIP USA ONLY, If you are a store, website owner, or customer of any kind in an international country, your order MUST be paid by Verified PayPal  to use our services. the shipping address, or the receiver of ANY packages phone number should be the phone number listed on the shipping info, in case of any problems or delivery issues. If the number is NOT that of the receiver of the package, the buyer is responcible for any and ALL additional shipping fees. Choose UPS or USPS. For this reason, a Next Day Air package shipped on Friday will arrive on Monday, and a 3 Day Select package shipped on Friday will arrive the following Wednesday. Again, please plan accordingly Although we do not charge a dropship fee as other do normally between $2-$10, we do have a packing/handling fee to help cover boxes, tape and packing of between $1-$2 per entire order.

WE MUST BE CONTACTED ON ALL RETURNS. We charge a 40% restock fee on ALL returns unless damage is involved and or approved. This is the retail/wholesale industry standard rate. All damages must be advised within 5 days of reciept of merchandise, and a picture of the damage and the shipping box must be emailed to us.  We may request the item(s) back, or that the customer hold onto the items for 5-7 days for the shipper's claims department to inspect said damage. Customer pays any and ALL return shipping fees on any return. Bathing items, hats, helmets, boots lingerie and underwear items CAN NOT BE RETURNED, this is covered under most state laws. You may ALWAY take the return from your customer if you are a dealer and resell yourself.

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS ARE RARE, BUT WHEN THEY DO OCCUR THERE ARE NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES!

    EXCHANGES: THERE ARE NO SIZE RETURNS WHEN AN ERROR IS NOT MADE BY US. The return shipping is paid by the customer. The item must be returned in resellable condition with the TAGS IN TACT, NOT WORN, and in the original packaging. IF NOT, NO REFUND. Once we inspect the item we REFUND the purchase price ONLY minus the restock fee, then we refund the difference. If another size is needed the item MUST BE RE-ORDERED. Resellers must follow the same policy, or they may have the item returned to themselves and resell that item, and re-order the correct size. Resellers and dealers must assume responcibility for the merchandise they buy and ship, even if it is a dropship order. We work with ALL vendors in most cases. ALL PRINTED T-SHIRTS ARE NO RETURN, NO REFUND ITEMS. THIS IS BECAUSE MANY ARE PRINTED TO ORDER. If you are a reseller, you should take the return and resell it.
